Proposals and expert in designs, drawings, costing, SOWs, BOQs, and reports, OPEX and perperation of technical submittals whilst ensuring that the company provides the best-optimized solution required to execute tender or inquiry to win the project successfully. Required to provide technical process support to the project team for awarded projects. Responsible for undertaking complete process and detailed hydraulic Design for Water Treatment Plants including RO, UF, DI, UV and other disinfection methods plus all types of water filtration and other Membrane technologies for water and wastewater, DM Water..etc), and also provide sales activities to drive business opportunities and project acquisition of the above mentioned systems for both municipal and industrial applications.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
3–5 years of post-qualification experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry
SKILLS:
Strong
knowledge of water (RO) and wastewater treatment processes.
Experience in process design, optimization, and process simulation.
Expertise in hydraulic calculations and engineering documentation.
Expertise in equipment selection, RO & UF plants assembly, installation, testing and commissioning.
Knowledge of international process engineering standards.
Cost estimation and budgeting skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare process designs, hydraulic calculations, P&IDs, equipment layouts, and technical submittals.
Review tender documents and develop optimized technical and commercial proposals.
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and life-cycle cost analyses.
Coordinate proposal submissions and ensure timely completion.
Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments throughout the bidding process.
Support project teams during project execution, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
Identify innovative technologies and process improvements to enhance project competitiveness.

Plan, coordinate, and direct quality control programs as per standards.
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to identify and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Manage to lift all types of equipment, handle efficient storage of all hazardous materials, and perform quality audits per the required schedule.
Analyze all products and non-conformance processes, evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality, and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
Coordinate, implement and perform all the internal/external audits.
Supports the Welding & Non-Destructive Test-NDT qualification and test activities.
Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
Participate in internal and external audits, reviews, and certifications to maintain compliance with ISO and other quality management systems.
Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to water treatment quality assurance and quality control.
