Ethioder Camp, Arba Minch, South Ethiopia, MBR Package Plant Integrated VersionThe village of Arba Minch is located in picturesque southern Ethiopia inside the Region of Southern Nations. For a very remote labour camp, the company Ethioder needed a sewage treatment plant which should be highly flexible. The I-version of the …
Container MBR Sewage Plant The ‘Betreuungszentrum Aschersleben’ in Saxony-Anhalt is a retirement residence with 72 units. This area is not connected to the municipal sewage network and operating so far an autonomous sanitation treatment. Since the existing system no longer met the current cleaning requirements, it was replaced by a …
Container MBR Sewage Plant. This project at the German embassy in Kabul was executed under extremely challenging boundary conditions (space and security restrictions, risk of terrorist attacks, climatic variations). Since the facilities of the embassy are not connected to any kind of sewage system, a stand-alone solution from MENA-Water now …
Thank you for visiting our stand D-22 at the OZ WATER’16 – International Water Conference & Exhibition (May 10th – 12th).

The town of Gambella is the capital of Gambella Regional State, a part of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. This region is located at the western tip of Ethiopia bordering South Sudan. …
Project: Renewing of gas flares, Warsan STP, Dubai UAE The sewage plant Warsan is treating municipal waste water of the town Dubai, UAE. The Biogas from sludge digesters is used, but surplus gas has to be treated environmentally friendly. Therefore gas flares were installed but now after long operation had …
We would like to thank all our guests for visiting our booth at WETEX exhibition at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Project: Refurbishment of gasholder, Warsan STP, Dubai UAE The wastewater treatment plant Warsan cleans the wastewater of the city of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates. The biogas from the sludgedigesters is stored in two large gas storage tanks, each with 4000 m³. After 28 years of operation both storage …
Container MBR Sewage Plant. Durrat al Bahrain development are the largest artificial islands in the Kingdom of Bahrain with an area of about 20 million square meters. For the civil work and the first residents the concept was to transfer the sewage in to clean water, usable for construction works and …
MENA-Water is sponsoring the jerseys of the Finnish youth soccer club FC Jazz. We wish the 17 young people and their carers 5 much success, joy of play and many goals.
The control of processes is one of the main branches of applied instrumentation Instrumentation can refer to laboratory or handheld devices that measure some desired variable. Diverse handheld instrumentation is common in laboratories. Unsere Produktpalette zur Mess- und Kontrolltechnik umfasst alle Bereiche zur Anlagensteuerung, Überwachung und Fernwirktechnik. Wir bieten Ausrüstungen …

MENA-Water offers cabinets with integrated data recording, HMI, machine control, PLC, process control, SCADA, touchscreen control, process visualization, etc.
Many kinds of Pumps and Flow Regulation are necessary for Water and Wastewater Treatment For every water treatment process its substancially to pump and to regulate the flow of media. For this we offer the full range of pumps and regulating equipment like valves and penstocks and weirs including installation and …
Submersible pumps for water treatment and sewage treatment for purification for several decades.
Self-priming water pumps with open / closed impeller are applicable where the foot valves can not be installed.
Vertical Turbine Pumps are widely used for cooling water supply, industrial plants and power plants.
Slide penstocks and weirs have been successful for the shut off and flow control in open channels, pits, tanks and pipelines.
MENA-Water offers the complete program for sludge treatment. All wastewater treatment plants will create sludge that needs to be disposed, however when properly treated, sludge can become a value. For example, dry sludge can be used as a fuel for incineration plants and after further treatment such as digestion; sludge …
Cost-effective sludge dewatering for independence in sludge disposal The Q-PRESS® is a screw press with a conical screw shaft and cylindrical sieves consisting of three treatment zones: inlet and drive zone, three-part thickening and dewatering zone, and press zone with pneumatic counter-pressure cone. In the first part of the thickening …
The polymer preparation units are used to automatically prepare polymer solutions.
Centrifuges are designed to separate solids from sludge mixtures with continuous and space-saving dewatering systems combined with high efficiency.
There are different processes specially developed for drying sewage sludge. Solar Dryer Drying sewage sludge with solar energy
Silo Plants manage the storage and discharging of sludge for the transport to treatment plants or disposal.
Solid and Sludge Pumps ensure excellent handling of many media. This pumps can handle different features in terms of flow ability from liquid to slow moving media, up to materials including solids.
Any process designed to produce an effluent of higher quality than normally achieved by secondary, conventionally treatment processes or containing unit operations not normally found in Secondary Treatment is termed as advanced treatment.
The compact Cloth Screw filter units can be used in many applications of micro-filtration in order to reduce fine suspended solids from water down to 20 microns.
Aerobic SBR (Sequence Batch Reactor) plants are unique activated sludge configurations. SBR is distinguished by the repeating sequence of fill, react, biomass settling, and effluent withdraw which all occurs within one tank.
The waste water flows through perforated filter elements made of stainless steel.
Step Screens are a ”stepping” type of screening systems for separating suspended solids.
This screw-screen-press-system is suitable for vertical installation as combined machine.
Secondary treatment is designed to substantially degrade the biodegradable organic matter and suspended solids. The majority of municipal plants treat the settled sewage liquor using aerobic biological processes. This pollution mainly derived from human waste, food waste, soaps, detergent etc.To be effective, the biota requires both oxygen and food to live. …
Fine bubble diffusers are mainly used for oxygen transfer into biological wastewater treatment.
The most common chain scraper system scrapes sludge from the bottom and skims surface of the tank.
Rotating Circular scrapers are designed to remove sludge and scum mainly in final settling tanks.
